The following documents are required from the employer company for the process of overseas recruitment of overseas recruitment and to complete the government formalities in Nepal.
Power of Attorney
A letter is issued by the employer authorizing M/s Alpha Sigma Human Resource Management Pvt.Ltd; license No.669/063/064, Kathmandu, Nepal to be a lawful attorney and agent in Nepal in connection to the recruitment of workers on behalf of the employer company. This letter should be attested by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Chamber of Commerce and Embassy of Nepal in the country of employment.
A formal letter is issued by the employer company addressing M/s Alpha Sigma Human Resource Management Pvt.Ltd, License NO: 669/063/064, Kathmandu, Nepal, mentioning details of required number of workers ,job categories ,salary scale and other benefits ,duty hours, qualification, experience required and other terms and condition. This document should also be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce, and Embassy of Nepal in the country of employment.
Inter party Agreement/Agency Agreement
An agreement made between the Employer Company and M /s Alpha Sigma Human Resource Management P.Ltd, license No.669/063/064, Kathmandu Nepal stating clearly and precisely all terms and condition regarding the recruitment and supply of workers from Nepal
A Letter of assurance e to the Director General, Department of labor and Employment promotion, Kathmandu, Nepal from the employer company about consistency in the same company once the worker is recruited for particular company as per the demand letter throughout the entire contract period.
An agreement made between employee and employer company mentioning salary/wages proposed, all other benefits offered and all terms and conditions of employment.
